Fudge has always held a special place in my heart. Growing up, it was a rare and cherished treat my mother would make from time to time. It was rich, creamy, and filled with love. Those sweet moments left a lasting impression, and today, I’am honoured to carry on that tradition.
Now, I have the joy of crafting fudge myself in beautiful Kaikoura, and there’s nothing quite like seeing someone try it for the first time, when their eyes light up, smiles bloom, and sometimes, it even brings back fond memories of their own childhood. It is a truly magic moment.
